Ashley and Shèanal met in college in the School of Business at Bethune Cookman University. There the two soared in many organizations together as a team which ultimately lead them to the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). During their time with NABA, the two began their journey of preparing taxes. For two consecutive years Ashley and Shèanal prepared taxes free of charge to people in the community who could not afford to pay for tax preparation.This is where the two grew their love for people, accounting, and taxes. What the two did not know is that this small setting was the beginning of A & S Accounting Services, LLC.

ASHLEY INGRAM
Born and raised in Akron, Ohio Ashley is an Accountant, MSA, and Certified Fraud Examiner with experience in public accounting . She recieved her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Bethune- Cookman University and her Masters in Accounting from The Univeristy of Maryland. Ashley has a passion for helping others develop the competencies required for a lifetime of good financial health. Her focus is not only on her adult clients, she also focuses on helping young men and women learn the habits required for sustainable financial success.
Shèanal Carter
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan Carter is an Accountant, B.S. and Certified Public Bookeeper with experience in govermental accounting. Carter graduated Bethune Cookman University with her Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Currently, she is a graduate student attending Wayne State University to obtain her Master’s in Accounting.
In In her free time, she enjoys offering financial literacy services to those in her community as well as monetary management for all ages. The same dedication she holds to ensure financial stability she holds for communuity involvement. Carter works fathomlessly with Wayne County Commissioners in the community of administering public service, leadership, and civic engagement.
